Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Radiation Therapist to operate ionizing radiation equipment under the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription. The candidate should have ARRT in Radiation Oncology or registry eligibility and BLS certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Strong competency testing and validation will be conducted, and the selected candidate will join a patient‑focused team dedicated to compassionate care and safety.

• ARRT in Radiation Oncology with registry eligibility and ability to obtain certification within 6 months is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• One to two years of applicable experience is preferred.
