Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Operations Director for the radiation oncology site in Erie, PA. You will oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations, provide operational and financial oversight, and strive to improve patient satisfaction, efficiency, and cost savings across the site.

The role requires a healthcare administration background, ARRT credentials, and 3–5 years of Radiation Therapy technologist experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field or relevant experience.
3 - 5 years’ experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy with the ARRT.

Responsibilities

Assesses and identifies opportunities for operational and process improvement, including patient access and satisfaction.
Develops plans and budgets for assigned sites; supervises, hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
Monitors financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staffing hours and expenses.
Manages onboarding and exit processes for staff and physicians at the site.
Oversees medical records processing and site preparation during staff transitions.
Trains managers and employees on site policies and procedures.
Collaborates with physicians, leadership, and health professionals to achieve organizational goals.
