Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a Radiation Oncology Site Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the radiation oncology site(s), ensuring operational efficiency, patient access, satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery.

The role involves coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, managing staffing and budgets, onboarding, and performance evaluations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy with ARRT.
• Radiation Therapy Certification and Registration - ARRT

Responsibilities

• Assesses and identifies opportunities for improvement in operational and process areas including patient access, care alignment, patient satisfaction and revenue.
• Develops, plans, and budgets for assigned radiation oncology site(s).
• Supervises staff, hires, trains, and conducts performance evaluations for staff at the site(s).
• Manages financial and revenue cycle metrics including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and revenue cycle processes.
• Handles onboarding and exit processes for staff and physicians at the site including site preparation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
