Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh is seeking a site operations leader for the radiation oncology program. You will oversee daily clinical and non‑clinical activities, lead staff, manage budgets, and drive workflow improvements to boost patient access, satisfaction and productivity at the assigned site(s).

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and 3–5 years as an ARRT‑certified Radiation Therapist.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field or relevant experience.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiation Therapy with the ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and identify opportunities for improvement in operational and process areas to enhance patient access, care alignment, satisfaction and revenue.
• Develops, plans, and budgets on strategic, tactical, and operational levels for assigned site(s).
• Supervises staff, resolves problems, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Manages financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resources, expenses, patient volumes and revenue cycle.
• Manages onboarding and exit processes for staff and physicians and site preparation.
• Manages all phases of exit processes including medical records processing and staff assignments.
• Trains new managers and employees on policies and procedures and provides ongoing guidance.
• Works with designated physicians and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
