Mercyhealth is seeking a Radiation Oncology Manager to lead the Mercy Regional Cancer Center. The role blends hands-on clinical practice as a Radiation Therapist with leadership responsibilities to guide staff, policies, and budget to deliver high quality cancer care.

The position emphasizes strategic policy development, team supervision, and collaboration with physicians and the Health System to uphold Mercyhealth’s mission across Wisconsin and Illinois.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program is required.
• Two years' experience as a radiation therapist is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited medical dosimetry program or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and supervise all operations of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center.
• Recruit, train and evaluate clinic management and supervisory staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Cancer Center policies, goals, and objectives.
• Participate in budget development and monitoring for the Cancer Center.
• Supervise Radiation Therapists and Dosimetrists; oversee staffing and performance management.
