MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center seeks a Radiation Oncology Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Cancer Center. You will provide direction, uphold clinical standards, and work with MercyOne teams to drive quality and service excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting involvement, and collaboration with departments and community partners. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist, previous management experience preferred.
• ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy.
• BLS
• Mandatory Reporter

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center
• Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development
• Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services
• Adhere to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne
