Job summary

Michigan Medicine seeks a Radiation Therapy supervisor to plan, direct and oversee the Radiation Therapy team within the Radiation Oncology University Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy, ARRT certification and progressive clinical experience. You will develop policies, guide staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Active ARRT certification.
• Reasonable progressive responsible clinical experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unit objectives, policies, and procedure programs.
• Develop, revise and assure implementation of policies, procedures and methods.
• Perform analysis and interpret special studies on operations, costs or staffing requirements.
• Plan and direct employees' work.
• Deliver Radiation treatments as needed for coverage.
• May coordinate classroom and clinical teaching of students and House staff.
