Job summary

Mercyhealth seeks a Radiation Oncology Manager to oversee the Mercy Regional Cancer Center, blending hands‑on clinical therapy with leadership of staff and operations. You will shape policies, supervise therapists and dosimetrists, and drive quality care across multiple clinics.

Ideal candidates have radiation therapy credentials, dosimetry program exposure, and supervisory experience. This role reports to the Director and supports budget and QA initiatives within the Cancer Center.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all operations of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center.
• Recruit, train and evaluate clinic management and supervisory staff.
• Develop and enforce Cancer Center policies to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in Cancer Center budget development and monitoring.
• Lead strategic policy development with the Director and ensure QA/PI initiatives.
