The role partners with physicians and administration to drive staff development, quality and safety, budget planning, and service-line success at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO.

Ideal candidates will be licensed Radiation Therapists with leadership experience, capable of overseeing staffing, recruitment, and performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Appropriate clinical licensure for scope of work in state of practice.
• Licensed Radiation Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Manages recruitment, orientation, education, and performance evaluations.
• Promotes staff cross-training and flexible scheduling.
