Job summary

Beacon Health System's Radiation Oncology department seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead clinical and support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations. You will help develop department policies and coordinate with providers and the Medical Director to maintain accreditation.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations, while upholding billing accuracy and quality assurance. Strong leadership and oncology experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires accredited radiation therapy education and/or a bachelor's degree in an oncology-related field.
• ARRT certification in good standing required.
• Minimum five years of experience in radiation oncology or related field.
• Preference for at least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Radiation Oncology staff and workflow.
• Assist with budget development and administration to meet goals.
• Develop and enforce policies and standards for quality and efficiency.
• Schedule workload, adjust priorities, and allocate resources for patient care.
• Interview, evaluate, and counsel staff; provide education and orientation.
• Ensure records, billing, and coding practices support a strong revenue cycle.
• Maintain accreditation standards and QA programs; coordinate with clinicians.
