Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Oncology Technology/Radiation Therapy.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
• Current Indiana State License as a Radiation Therapist.
• Three years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in radiation therapy and CT simulation.
• BLS certification or obtain during Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily department operations and staffing for Radiation Oncology.
• Provide leadership and oversight to radiation therapy staff.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality radiation therapy services per physician orders and policies.
• Perform radiation therapy and CT simulation duties as needed.
• Support regulatory and accreditation requirements and promote patient safety.
