Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a certified Radiation Therapist or CMD to serve as a clinical expert on Varian oncology implementations. You will guide patient-centered workflows, support training and adoption, and ensure high-quality outcomes across patient care settings.

This remote-leaning role requires travel up to 75% to customer sites and ongoing collaboration with the oncology systems team. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in oncology care or related roles, strong process understanding,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance.
• RTT or CMD with a history of at least 6 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting our customers in developing best practice clinical operations with an emphasis on focused patient outcomes and value propositions.
• Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on-site and remote analysis and customer interviews.
• Work with the technical implementation team translating workflow requirements to actionable configuration tasks.
• Provide onsite Go-Live support and post-Go-Live follow-up for adoption of solutions in oncology services.
