Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience with leadership in clinical operations.
• RTT or CMD with history of direct patient care; management of guidelines preferred.
• 8+ years combined Oncology/Healthcare Technology experience and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Willing to complete Varian training plan specific to assigned responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing best-practice clinical operations with focus on patient outcomes and care efficiency.
• Evaluate business processes, recommend changes, document processes, and assist with solution deployment.
• Support creation and development of consultative services and install adoption strategies.
• Develop metrics demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial value and drive user adoption.
• Provide on-site go-live support and post-go-live optimization with training and follow-up.
