Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in San Antonio, TX seeks a senior Healthcare Operations Consultant to drive clinical workflow optimization and oncology deployments. You will translate client needs into actionable configuration tasks, support go-live activities, and drive adoption of Varian solutions.

Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, developing implementation plans, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty across healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent leadership experience in clinical operations.
• RTT or CMD with six+ years direct patient care experience preferred.
• Eight+ years combined Oncology and healthcare technology vendor experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain vendor credentialing for client site access.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing best-practice clinical operations focused on outcomes and value.
• Evaluate business processes, propose changes, document, test, and deploy solutions.
• Support creation and development of consultative services.
• Develop metrics showing clinical, operational, and financial gains.
• Provide training and implement solutions with on-site and remote support.
• Serve as clinical resource on Varian project implementations and configuration.
• Lead requirements gathering through site and remote interviews.
• Translate workflow needs into technical configuration tasks.
• Drive customer adoption strategies and best practices.
• Provide on-site go-live support and post-go-live assistance.
