Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver training on Varian Medical System equipment, onsite and remotely, ensuring customers operate within safe and effective guidelines.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75–100%), excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with marketing, engineering and sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction. Equal emphasis on training quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 2–3 years clinical experience or equivalent 3 years in position.
• Enrollment in Varian approved Development Program.
• Experience with remote training tools and business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training to customers on-site and remotely to ensure safe operation of Varian Medical System equipment.
• Manage customer clinical expectations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute training materials, tips, workbooks, and guides for product usage and implementation.
• Lead or coordinate customer and/or employee training courses and seminars.
• Support trade shows and events with product demonstrations and trainings.
• Maintain Vendor Credentialing requirements for client access to sites.
