Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Trainer to deliver training for Varian Medical System equipment at client sites and remotely. You will manage clinical expectations, support demonstrations, and develop training materials to ensure safe, effective use and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires up to 75–100% travel, strong communication, mentoring capabilities, and collaboration with marketing, engineering, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years clinical experience or 3 years in position
• Experience with LMS training plans and vendor credentialing is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Clinical Training Specialists and manage cross-functional training

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical applications training onsite and remotely.
• Assist in managing customer expectations.
• Lead or coordinate training courses and seminars when needed.
• Support demos at events and trade shows.
• Develop quick tips, workbooks, videos, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer relations.
• Maintain vendor credentialing requirements for client access.
