Job summary

UNC Health Nash seeks a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to deliver medical care under the Radiation Oncology physicians. This role operates within Nash UNC Health Care and may involve the Nash Radiation Oncology clinic.

You will collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure patient safety and high-quality care, within legal and hospital guidelines. The position requires recent RN, NP, or PA credentials, a current North Carolina license, and certification.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in North Carolina.
• NP or PA license and national certification.
• 4 years healthcare experience (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner).

Responsibilities

• Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self, and others.
• Performs a complete evaluation on new patients and consults.
• Prescribes medications and coordinates care.
• Keeps medical records and completes discharge paperwork.
