Qualifications
- RN-Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Nurse Practitioner-Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Physician Assistant-Current certification to practice as a Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self, and others.
- Performs a complete evaluation on new patients and consults.
- Performs focused history, chief complaint for all follow up patient visits.
- Formulates new and modifies current health management plan.
- Educates and counsels.
- Keeps continuing education, licenses, and/or certifications current.
- Complies with policies and procedures.
