Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements treatment plans including prescribing pharmacological agents.
• Provides education and instruction to clients and families regarding medical conditions.
• Leads community outreach programs and participates in systems improvements.
• Engages in continuous quality improvement by identifying processes for enhancement.
