Job summary

Maximus in Olympia, WA seeks a data-driven HR analyst to analyze and report on HR programs and staffing initiatives, including turnover, headcount, and forecasting.

You will create timely HR analytics, build intuitive reporting platforms, and present complex data to audiences at all levels while supporting HR programs and procedures.

• Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
• Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
• Assist Human Resources in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures.
