Job summary

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented HR analytics professional to analyze HR programs and staffing initiatives. The role involves turning complex data into clear, visual presentations and maintaining timely metrics across turnover, headcount, forecasting, and other HR initiatives.

You will create innovative reporting platforms and support HR programs with ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring insights are delivered to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Analyses and reporting of HR staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Create, maintain and analyze timely analytics/metrics on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain ad hoc analytics requests.
• Develop new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using allocated tools.
• Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats for all audiences.
• Assist HR in carrying out various HR programs and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives.

• Responsible for analyzing and reporting Human Resources staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis such as: Turnover/Attrition, Headcount and Forecasting and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.

• Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on Human Resources initiatives.

• Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.

• Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.

• Assist Human Resources in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
