Job summary

IMSAR, LLC is seeking an educator at heart to lead training for customers who use our Synthetic Aperture Radar systems. You will deliver face-to-face sessions at our head office, customer sites, and operational locations, traveling as needed to support deployments and ISR operations.

You will apply andragogy to simplify complex radar systems for diverse audiences and participate in the full curriculum lifecycle, from development to refinement, ensuring learning outcomes are met and tailored to

Qualifications

Professional educator who understands andragogy and classroom management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience presenting technical information to varied groups.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery: lead face-to-face training sessions at head office, customer sites, and operations locations; accommodate non-English speakers.
Instructional Excellence: apply andragogy to simplify complex radar systems for novices to analysts.
Curriculum Development Lifecycle: maintain and improve curricula; provide feedback and propose refinements.
Needs Analysis: evaluate mission requirements and tailor training materials to customer needs and radar config.
