Job summary

IMSAR in Utah specializes in radar systems for unmanned and manned aircraft. We seek a Program Manager with a strong emphasis on product sales to lead programs from inception through delivery and support, coordinating across development, manufacturing, and customer teams.

You will build trusted customer relationships, drive adoption, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and report to senior leaders. A degree, CAPM or equivalent, and willingness to travel are required, with US citizenship or permanent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in defense or technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, delivery, and support of radar systems worldwide.
• Manage programs creating new radar capabilities and features.
• Lead program execution with PM methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain customer relationships and conduct strategic business reviews.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, risk management, and cross-team collaboration.
