Job summary

IMSAR is seeking a candidate for its Deployment and Field Operations Team to provide deployed operational support for radar and ISR systems on various aircraft. The role includes supporting demonstrations, field operations, and gathering customer feedback to improve IMSAR products.

The ideal candidate can travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, and train groups on IMSAR radar systems while aligning with our core values of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to remote and austere locations CONUS & OCONUS
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience training groups on installation, maintenance and operation of radar systems
• Experience with ISR sensors data in operational environments and PED of GEOINT products

We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to:

• Provide deployed operational support to our customers in the use of IMSAR's radar and other ISR systems on various manned and unmanned aircraft in operational environments
• Support demonstrations and other field operations of IMSAR's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) sensors for a wide array of military, government, and commercial customers
• Continually support improvement of IMSAR's product line by gathering and providing customer feedback for continual improvement of IMSAR's products and services

Required

First and foremost, you are a good fit for the team and will enjoy working with us

• Willing and able to operate IMSAR's sensors on small to large aircraft
• Willing to travel to and operate in remote and austere locations, CONUS & OCONUS, to include possible ship-based assignments
• Able to travel up to 100% of the time, occasionally for consecutive months to support deployed operations
• Experience in tasking, operating, and exploiting data from ISR sensors in an operational environment and in Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of GEOINT products
• Able to train small to large groups on the installation, maintenance, and operational use of IMSAR radar systems
• Familiar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to support deployment and integration of Manned/Unmanned Systems in multi-domain operational environments

Desired

• Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors, SAR Imagery, and radar Moving Target Indicator (MTI) data
• Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) sensors
• Current DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
• FAA Part107 certification and experience operating Group 2 and 3 UAS
• Able to understand and troubleshoot complex technical systems
• Experience with aviation safety, procedures, and compliance
• Understanding of maritime domain awareness (MDA) workflows and contested environment communications (LPI/LPD)

Salary: $43.22 - $55.53 per hour
