Job summary

Leidos Defense seeks a RADAR Integration and Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL to work with customers and contractors on program requirements, and to develop and execute hardware and software test plans.

The role involves HWIL test platforms, data analysis, briefings, and troubleshooting, with US citizenship and an active secret clearance preferred. Travel up to 4 weeks per year may be required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree with 4+ years’ experience or MS with 2+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and active secret clearance.
• Hands-on hardware/software integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel up to ~4 weeks per year and relocate to Huntsville, AL area.
• Knowledge of defense/test engineering practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Develop and execute HWIL and software test plans for hardware projects.
• Create, modify, and use HWIL test platforms to satisfy requirements.
• Prepare verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Perform test data analysis using data logs, Wireshark, and debugging tools.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
