Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking a Radar Integration and Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL. You will work with a diverse team to implement testing for radar, RF, and sensor systems across multiple environments.

Responsibilities include executing test plans, data analysis, and reporting to customers and management. The role requires strong hands-on testing experience, knowledge of defense/test practices, and the ability to operate in varied weather and potentially travel for test events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 4+ years of relevant experience or MS with 2+ years in defense/test engineering practices.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Execute test plans for development, qualification, and acceptance phases of hardware projects.
• Create, modify, and use HWIL test platforms to satisfy testing requirements.
• Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Perform test data analysis via data log parser, Wireshark, and/or software debug tools.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
• Debug software and/or hardware with various tools.
