Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking a RADAR Integration and Test Engineer to work with customers and contractors on program requirements, develop hardware and software test plans, and create HWIL test platforms.

This role requires a ABET‑accredited degree, 4+ years experience (or MS with 2+), US citizenship and an active secret clearance, and willingness to travel up to four weeks a year in the Huntsville, North Alabama area.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in computer engineering, CS, or EE required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience (or MS with 2+ years).
• Experience developing and executing hardware/software test plans.
• Direct hands-on hardware/software integration and testing experience.
• US citizen eligible for secret clearance; relocate to Huntsville area.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans across development, qualification, and acceptance phases.
• Create and modify HWIL test platforms to satisfy requirements.
• Perform test data analysis using log parsers and debugging tools.
• Prepare verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Brief internal and external stakeholders on test results.
• Debug hardware and/or software with appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with customers and contractors to meet program needs.
