Job summary

Entarian seeks a skilled Fielder/Trainer (New Equipment), Intermediate, to support the PdM M2S2 program with radar systems (AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-53). The role involves operating, fielding, training, maintenance, and sustainment activities for fielded radar assets.

Ideal candidates will have DoD fielding experience, strong troubleshooting and training capabilities, and a readiness to travel/perform on-site support for Army units. This is a full-time position contingent on contract funding.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; four extra years of related experience can substitute for a degree.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Minimum 4 years of field experience on Radar systems or DoD NET/Fielding experience.
• Experience as system administrators prior to and during fielding or operator maintenance.
• Ability to collect data from Army units for fielding requirements and contacts.
• Experience developing installation and new equipment training schedules.
• Experience coordinating with PdM on system integration and engineering change orders.
• Ability to provide training on operation and maintenance of new equipment.
• Experience with technical manual reviews and training package reviews.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; able to provide remote/on-site support.
• Must lift/move 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair of failed components to the LRU level.
• Remove, repair, and replace un-serviceable components and parts.
• Identify and requisition parts required for system repair.
• Support failure analysis, system upgrades, and modifications.
• Perform system software loading for initial fielding or upgrades.
• Install modification kits at using unit locations.
• Support testing for system and software upgrades.
• Participate in technical publication reviews and maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to training package reviews.
• Conduct system check-out before initial fielding to Army units.
• Provide over-the-shoulder training to Soldiers on radar operation and maintenance.
