SimVentions is a 100% employee-owned company supporting the U.S. Navy’s SPY-6 radar program. This role focuses on systems engineering, requirements management, and integration across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in systems engineering, familiarity with radar or Navy systems, and experience with modeling, verification, and test planning using MATLAB and MBSE tools. Some travel to test sites and collaboration with government engineers are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities such as requirements development, specification management, systems integration and design verification.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or similar defense systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
