Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an S&S Systems Engineer to ensure reliable operation of radar systems in the field, delivering tailored technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and driving product improvements through customer support, fieldwork, and demonstrations.

You will work with the S&S Systems Manager and collaborate with Project Management, Product Owners, and I&D teams to guarantee uptime and stability for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in software, Linux, and field hardware.
• Solid Ubuntu Linux administration (services, logs, packages).
• Experience with radar systems or industrial hardware.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and integration: end-user support for radar deployments.
• System and database performance: monitor uptime and security updates.
• On-site maintenance and hardware repair: diagnose and fix issues during visits.
• Network configuration and Linux administration: Netplan on Ubuntu; routing and services.
• Preventive maintenance and data analysis: analyze data for trends and feedback.
• Field operations and subcontractor management: oversee on-site installations and demos.
