Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Colorado Springs seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the Radar Integrated Product Team supporting the design and development of a ground-based radar for Space Domain Awareness. The role focuses on RF hardware architecture, SBOM documentation, and integration through SRR/PDR/CDR milestones.

The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance, a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s, or 1 year with a PhD), and hands-on

Competenze

• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience with LNA’s and RF signal chain analysis.

Mansioni

• Define and document Radar IPT hardware architecture.
• Develop component specifications and procurement requirements.
• Manage major subcontractors and Statements of Works.
• Support integration; BOM and assembly drawings documentation.
• Perform RF lab measurements and parameter analyses.
• Produce integration plans and procedures; participate in design trades.
