Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with radar systems and signal processing
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering lifecycle
- Proficiency in MATLAB or Python
- Active security clearance required or ability to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of radar subsystems and components
- Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specs
- Analyze TPMs and KPPs and balance radar performance metrics
- Develop mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation
- Assist in real-time and simulated models of sensor systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate results to leadership
- Guide team through development and implementation activities
