Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer to own stakeholder engagement, define radar product strategy, and lead design and development of core radar offerings. You will partner with the head of radar and leadership teams to align customer needs with engineering capabilities and roadmap decisions.

You will drive technical ownership, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and shepherd prototyping, development, and delivery while traveling up to 30% to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Chief Engineer/PM/Engineering management or radar RF sensor roles.
• Strong radar system design knowledge and defense radar experience.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and engineering teams across disciplines.
• Experience shaping strategic pursuits and technology roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel 30% and eligible for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and customer stakeholders to align objectives and secure buy-in.
• Technical ownership: Drive radar architecture and product development strategies with tradeoff analysis.
• Product Strategy: Define roadmap and communicate how and why initiatives win in the market.
• Tactical Execution: Prioritize engineering efforts, lead prototyping, development, and delivery.
