Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program & Proposal Manager for Radar and Surveillance Systems to lead and deliver compliant proposals for RF and radar products.

Hybrid on-site with 25% travel, you will coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to craft winning technical and pricing volumes. The role requires strong proposal discipline, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex schedules under tight deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6+ years in aerospace, defense, electronics, radar, or other complex technical fields.
• 6+ years managing proposals, capture activities, programs, or cross-functional pursuits.
• Demonstrated experience leading proposals with technical, management, schedule, and cost volumes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong project-management skills with multiple deadlines and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of competitive proposals, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, ROMs, BAFOs and white papers.
• Manage complete proposal schedules, milestones, pricing activities and approvals.
• Serve as single point of accountability for proposal execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Develop and maintain proposal processes, templates, tools, checklists and review criteria.
