RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer – Proposal Lead to craft, cost, and defend engineering bids for radar systems. This 1st shift, 100% on-site role requires leading multi-disciplined teams, developing BOEs, and interfacing with hardware leads across the REPA department.

U.S. security clearance eligibility and citizenship are required; relocation may be offered. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience leading multi-disciplined proposal teams.
• Experience developing and submitting compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Experience analyzing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to define project scope.
• Experience identifying risks and opportunities and cost rollups.

Aufgaben

• Craft strongly researched and well-documented engineering bids.
• Write Basis of Estimates (BOEs) based on well thought out reasoning.
• Defend bids to management while interfacing with hardware leads.
• Support Electrical and REPA Department proposals at multiple levels.
• Travel to multiple sites as needed (Marlborough, MA with trips to Andover/Tewksbury).
