Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in aerospace/defense, radar, or complex technical fields.
• 6+ years managing proposals, capture activities, or cross-functional pursuits.
• Proven ability to lead proposals with technical, management, schedule and cost volumes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of proposals, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, ROMs, BAFOs, white papers.
• Manage complete proposal schedule with milestones, reviews, pricing, approvals and submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure alignment of requirements, solution and pricing.
