Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program & Proposal Manager for Radar and Surveillance Systems. The role is hybrid/on-site and will coordinate across a portfolio of advanced radar, IFF, counter-UAS, and multi-mission sensor products for U.S.

Government, prime contractors, commercial aerospace, and international customers. The successful candidate will lead proposals from capture through final submission, manage multi‑proposal activities, and work with Business Development, Engineering,

Qualifications

6+ years in aerospace/defense or related complex tech industries; with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
6+ years managing proposals, capture activities, programs, or complex cross‑functional pursuits; or 3+ with a degree.
Experience leading proposals involving technical, management, schedule, and cost volumes.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
PM skills to manage multiple deadlines; excellent written/verbal communication.
US government security clearance, where required.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and submission of competitive proposals and related documents.
Manage complete proposal schedule with milestones, reviews, pricing, approvals, and submission.
Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and leadership.
Oversee multiple proposals of varying size and complexity.
Develop pricing strategies balancing win probability and margins.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements, technical solution, and pricing.
