Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Program & Proposal Manager for Radar and Surveillance Systems to lead proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

This hybrid role requires strong capture, pricing, and technical writing skills, with travel about 25% to customer sites or sites. You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to deliver compliant, compelling proposals on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-quality and compliant proposals.
• Strong capture and proposal development skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in aerospace/defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and submission across RF/microwave systems.
• Manage proposal schedules with internal reviews and pricing activities.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
• Support pricing strategy and negotiation positions.
