Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. seeks a full-time Radar Software Analyst for the PATRIOT Engineering Services Program. The role focuses on software and system analysis, validation, and data-driven decision support, with the work performed on-site at Redstone Arsenal.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in radar-related analysis, familiarity with C++, MATLAB, or Python, and a BS in engineering or STEM field. Travel up to 15% may be required. Clearance of Secret or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in radar, surveillance or radar software analysis.
• Strong understanding of radar principles and signal processing.
• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages.
• Ability to read code and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, evaluate information, and identify trends.
• Ability to evaluate software documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform software and system analysis including validation, requirements analysis, and data analysis.
• Support flight/ground test execution and analysis.
• Collaborate with government agencies and military personnel in a multidisciplinary team.
