The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and an active Secret clearance. The role requires daily presence in the office and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years for mid-level or 18+ years for senior roles performing relevant work.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary; must work daily in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Work with GMASS program and engineering teams to implement modernization efforts.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications.
• Perform analysis on mission data and report on performance metrics.
