Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. seeks a full-time Radar Software Analyst for the PATRIOT Engineering Services Program. The role focuses on software and system analysis, validation, and data-driven decision support, with the work performed on-site at Redstone Arsenal.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in radar-related analysis, familiarity with C++, MATLAB, or Python, and a BS in engineering or STEM field. Travel up to 15% may be required. Clearance of Secret or higher is preferred.

  • Support flight/ground test execution and analysis.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and military personnel in a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

Position Overview

KODA is seeking a full-time Radar Software Analyst for the PATRIOT Engineering Services Program to perform software and system analysis activities that include system validation, requirements analysis, data analysis, and flight/ground test execution and analysis. This position will be 100% on-site at Redstone Arsenal.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in radar, surveillance or radar software analysis. A comprehensive understanding of radar principles and signal processing.
  • Experience with C++ and MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages. Ability to read code and identify areas with discrepancies.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, evaluate information, and identify trends.
  • Ability to evaluate software documentation including descriptions, flowcharts and requirements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to include oral and written ability to communicate detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and collaborate with government agencies and military personnel.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • BS in engineering, computer science or a STEM field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Systems-level experience with radar, sensors, and/or similar systems.
  • Experience in any or all of the following disciplines: Design, Trajectory, Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC), Radar Cross Section (RCS) Signatures, Optical Signatures, Telemetry.
Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required.
