RTX is seeking a Product Owner for the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) based in Woburn, MA. You will guide the vision, align stakeholders, and drive execution to deliver innovative radar solutions. The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff and shaping strategic product decisions.

Applicants should have a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with strong Agile experience and proficiency in C++ and Java. U.S. citizenship and interim/secret clearances are prerequisites.

• Coach and mentor team members to foster growth and high performance.
• Tackle technical and operational challenges with engineering teams.
