Qualifications

• 4-8 years hands-on radar performance analysis experience; higher for advanced degrees
• U.S. Citizen with Final Secret Clearance
• Resident of Huntsville, AL or willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL

Responsibilities

• Hands-on radar performance modeling using MATLAB, Python, and C++
• Adapt legacy radar tools to current design and validate changes
• Analyze detection and tracking performance, including Kalman filters and CFAR
• Lead a small radar analysis team and present results to leadership and customers
