Job summary

Leidos is seeking experienced Radar Systems Engineers for on-site work in Huntsville, AL. You will analyze radar systems, perform root-cause investigations, and simplify algorithms for real-time execution while documenting findings for leadership and end-users.

Responsibilities include building analysis tools in MATLAB and Python to support software engineers, and collaborating daily with a government customer on a multi-contractor team to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Radar Engineering or related STEM field.
• 8–12 years for Bachelor's degree, or 6–10 years with a Master's in radar design, modeling & simulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform radar systems analysis and root-cause analysis for issues; document results for briefings.
• Develop MATLAB/Python tools to support real-time radar algorithms for software engineers.
• Work on-site at a government facility on a multi-contractor team and represent Leidos professionally.
