Job summary

Leidos Defense Sensors is seeking an Entry‑Level Computer Scientist to join our Sensor Research and Analysis Division in Huntsville, AL. This role supports radar and weapon system performance analysis, using modeling and simulation in a high‑fidelity environment.

No clearance is required to start; ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance is required. The position starts in 2027 (January or after Spring graduation).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from ABET-accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support M&S configuration, testing, and data analysis of radar and weapon systems.
• Demonstrate mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills for analysis products and presentations.
• Work with a team to solve novel, complex, and non‑traditional questions.
• Prepare and deliver analysis results, technical briefings, and demonstrations to program stakeholders.
