Leidos Defense is seeking a talented Radar Analysis IPT Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex sensor and radar-oriented problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, we provide responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
We are seeking a highly technical, hands‑on Radar Analysis IPT Lead to execute and lead radar performance modeling and analysis activities for an advanced radar system. This role is not purely managerial – the selected candidate will directly perform detailed radar performance analysis while guiding a small team of analysts. The IPT Lead will leverage and adapt existing radar modeling and simulation toolsets developed on prior programs to assess detection, tracking, and system‑level performance in realistic operational environments. The role requires deep understanding of radar physics, signal processing impacts, and practical performance verification methods.
Pay Range: $107,900.00 – $195,050.00. The pay range is a general guideline only and does not guarantee compensation. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
