Job summary

The Ritz Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara is seeking a part-time Racquet Sports Front Desk Attendant to deliver superb guest service, handle merchandise, and assist with reservations and events. The role requires retail familiarity and strong English communication while supporting friendly, efficient operations at the resort's racquet facilities.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the shop, processing POS transactions, and helping with inventories and displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Active tennis player with knowledge of the game.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shop operations as directed by management.
• Process POS transactions accurately and securely.
• Collect fees from members and guests on arrival.
• Make court, clinic, lesson and event reservations by phone or in person.
• Assist guests with merchandise and information in a professional manner.
• Maintain displays and tidy merchandising, rotate stock.
• Support monthly inventories and assist coaches with schedules.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
