Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Process/Test Engineering Support 2 to provide technical support for testing complex rack systems and server enclosures. You will set up tests, run diagnostic software, and validate procedures in a Linux-based environment.

The role requires reading rack drawings and network topologies, assisting with test cable design, and applying basic Python scripts to automate validation and data collection. Two to four years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years relevant experience in engineering/test support.
• Familiarity with Linux OS and basic Python scripting.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, subnetting.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical support for testing L11 rack systems and server enclosures.
• Set up and execute tests, diagnostic software, and validation procedures.
• Read rack elevation drawings, cable routing maps, and network topologies.
• Assist in design and debugging of rack test cables and equipment.
• Execute and modify basic Python scripts to automate rack validation and log parsing.
