Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a System Hardware and Validation Technical Lead to drive rack-scale hardware and validation efforts for next-gen AI data center systems.

You will partner with SoC, software/firmware, and rack-level design teams to plan, track, and execute phase-gate milestones from concept through production. You will own integration plans across compute nodes, accelerators, PCIe, networking, power, cooling, and telemetry, and lead cross-functional reviews to ensure readiness

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in systems or hardware engineering, hardware project lifecycle management, and technical product/program management.
• Experience with rack level systems and components; ability to coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Experience with server technologies, BIOS/BMC/Networking, and telemetry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution for next-generation Qualcomm rack-scale designs across multiple teams and sites.
• Define and manage requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables aligned with engineering partners and stakeholders.
• Own integration plans across compute nodes/accelerators, PCIe fabrics, networking, storage, power, cooling, and telemetry.
• Coordinate platform-level debug and instrumentation and drive issues to root cause and corrective action.
