Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Multiple pathways accepted: MS or PhD with relevant hardware/engineering exposure.
• Experience in hardware/system development and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for rack-scale Qualcomm designs across multiple teams and sites.
• Define and manage requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Own rack-level integration plans for compute nodes, PCIe fabrics, networking, storage, power, cooling, and telemetry.
• Drive firmware/software/hardware co-design, aligning BIOS/BMC/Redfish/telemetry with hardware schedules.
• Lead design reviews and readiness reviews, closing actions to schedule.
• Coordinate platform-level debug and instrumentation to accelerate failure analysis.
• Establish triage mechanisms and drive issues to root cause and verified closure.
• Define and track program KPIs and publish executive dashboards and reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, managing scope changes.
